About the Course

A 12-week online course to regain energy and meaning, find joy in your work, and overcome burnout. We'll examine your situation through the lenses of intention, mindfulness, compassion, values, beliefs, boundaries, and contexts to create a meaningful action plan and protect your wellbeing. 

About the Creator

Hi, I'm Joelle Adams, the creator of this course. I have been teaching in higher education for over 20 years, have an MA in Professional Practice in Higher Education, am a certified coach, and am currently studying for a PhD in Applied Transpersonal Psychology.  I developed this course to help you recover joy, meaning, and energy in your work after seeing so many of my colleagues struggle in recent years. I hope you will find it liberating and empowering.
